Below is a detailed overview of our services and pricing, crafted to support your wellness journey. 

 

Annual Preventive and Well Woman Services 

Preventive care is the cornerstone of maintaining optimal health. Our annual preventive visits are designed to provide thorough evaluations and screenings, ensuring that you stay on top of your health needs. 

 

Annual Preventive Visit: A comprehensive examination to assess your overall health. Annual Well Woman Exam: Priced at $200, this exam includes a preventive exam, breast exam, and Pap smear if indicated by screening guidelines. Note that Pap cytology and HPV testing are billed separately by the laboratory. 

 

Problem and Hormone Visits 

Our problem visits cater to specific health concerns, while our hormone therapy services are tailored for those navigating menopause or other hormone-related issues. 

 

New Patient Visits: We offer flexible appointment lengths ranging from 15 minutes ($175) to 45 minutes ($250) to meet your individual needs. 

Established Patient Visits: For returning patients, our visits are available in 15-minute ($150) and 30-minute ($175) increments. 

 

Hormone Therapy: Initiation visits are $300, with follow-up visits priced at $175. Please be aware that laboratory testing is billed separately. 

 

Contraceptive and Gynecologic Procedures 

We offer a range of procedures to support your reproductive health, from contraceptive services to specialized gynecologic procedures.

 

Nexplanon Services: Insertion is offered as a 2-visit package for $500, while removal is $300. A combined removal and hormone consultation is available for $375. IUD Services: Removal is priced at $250, with an option for a hormone consultation at $375. 

 

Supporting Services 

To complement our primary services, we offer additional testing and procedures to enhance your care experience. 

Venipuncture: $25 

Urine Dip: $20
