Now Accepting Cash Customers and Cigna Insurance

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you currently accepting new patients?
Yes. Valor Wellness is open and is currently collecting appointment interest requests through our website. Patients who join the waitlist will be contacted first once appointment scheduling becomes available.
When will Valor Wellness open?
Scheduling has begun. We appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you soon.
How do I request an appointment?
Please complete our Appointment form here on the website.
Do you accept insurance?
Cigna is currently accepted. We are actively credentialing with many insurance plans and will update our website as contracts are finalized. During this time, patients may choose self-pay options if they wish.
What if I’m not sure whether my insurance will be accepted?
Once credentialing is complete, our team will be happy to help patients understand their coverage and options. Insurance participation varies by plan and by service.
Do you offer self-pay services?
Yes. Some services at Valor Wellness are offered on a self-pay basis. This allows for longer visits, comprehensive evaluations, and a more personalized approach to care that may not always be covered by insurance.
What types of care do you provide?
Valor Wellness focuses on comprehensive women’s health with a special emphasis on midlife and menopause care. Services will include general gynecologic care, hormone consultations, and evidence-based support for concerns such as sleep, mood, metabolism, and overall well-being.
Additional details about services will be available closer to opening.
Is hormone therapy offered?
Hormone therapy may be offered when clinically appropriate, following a thorough evaluation and shared decision-making process. Treatment plans are individualized and based on current medical evidence and patient goals.
What makes Valor Wellness different?
Valor Wellness is designed to provide thoughtful, unhurried, evidence-based care, particularly for women navigating perimenopause and menopause—an area of healthcare that is often overlooked.
Our model enables deeper conversations, individualized care plans, and a collaborative approach between patient and provider.
Is this website a way to ask medical questions?
No. The website and waitlist form are not monitored for urgent or clinical concerns and do not replace medical care. Medical questions should be addressed once you are formally established as a patient. If you have an urgent medical concern, please contact your current provider or seek appropriate urgent or emergency care.
Still have questions?
For general, non-clinical questions, you may contact our office using the information provided on the website. Medical questions will be addressed once you are scheduled and established as a patient.
